Die-cutting: We offer flatbed die-cutting of up to 78 inches wide with optional inline waste removal and adhesive laminating services. We can cut individual pieces, pads, rolls, and more. We also offer high-speed rotary die-cutting with multiple webs, tight tolerances, and inline adhesive laminating and waste removal.

Industrial laminating: We feature multi-layer capable industrial lamination with heated platens for instant adhesion, wide and narrow webs, auto-edge guides, tension relief systems, and inline sheeting and slitting.

Extruding: We feature a four-step extrusion and forming process in which molten polymers are forced through a custom die to be extruded into the desired cross-section, then optionally formed to create the final shape.

Precision skiving: Our skiving processes slice thin layers off of thicker materials like foam rubber or cork to create sheets for products like gaskets. We offer custom thicknesses and sizes to meet varying project requirements.

Molding: Our molding services can take materials like rubber or plastic and mold them to complex shapes for high-volume production of three-dimensional seals, gaskets, housings, or covers.

Slitting: Our slitting services can cut down large rolls of materials like tapes, films, or paper to custom sizes that meet application requirements. We feature lathe slitting for narrow rolls with high-speed PLC-driven cutting, as well as rewind slitting for long rolls with auto-edge guides.

Sheeting: Our sheeting services can cut down large rolls of material like paper, films, or rubber into manageable sheets of custom sizes for a particular application.

Water jet cutting: Our water jet cutting services can slice through materials up to 6 inches in thickness, and we feature bed sizes of up to 72 by 120 inches. We feature multi-layer, multi-head, and angled cutting capabilities.
