Ameritape's capabilities include custom lathe and rewind slitting from an extensive inventory of log rolls, as well as rotary and steel rule die-cutting of many different materials used in the manufacturing process. In addition to our converting services, we offer three color flexographic printing for custom label applications.

Die-Cut ProductsThese items can speed and improve the manufacturing process by providing custom size parts suited to the application. When applicable, a rotary cut part can be provided that could range in size from a 1/8" circle to a 16" x 22" rectangle. Custom tooling can be developed to meet your requirements. Materials range from paper label stock to electrical insulation films including Kapton, UHHW, Teflon, Polyester, Glass Cloth, Nomex to double coated products including foam, polyester and hook/loop items. All these products can be provided in either roll form or as individual pieces.
SlittingAmeritape stocks a large inventory of pressure sensitive tape products including electrical insulation tapes, vinyls, double coated papers, foams and polyesters. Products can be lathe slit to sizes ranging from 1/12" to 60" width.
RewindingProducts can be rewound to custom lengths for specialized applications. These items can be supplied on core sizes of 1", 1 1/2", 3" or 6" cores as required.
LaminationThis in-house capability enables us to add a pressure sensitive adhesive to an uncoated product to create a pressure sensitive product that can be supplied in roll form or as die-cut parts. This enables us to create products that would be considered non-standard by most manufactures.
PrintingAmeritape offers three-color flexographic custom labels for a variety of applications ranging from food, to electronics, to cosmetics, to retail.
